Summary

 

As a ​ETL Developer (SAP/SQL/PYTHON) at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

 

Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position. 

 

  • Supports interface development between data warehouse and external vendors including design, development and testing.
  • Creates complex design documents and translate them into component-level designs to accelerate development.
  • Develops strategy, design and data gathering approaches.
  • Leads development team efforts to provide flexible reusable components to increase cost effectiveness.
  • Analyzes, designs and reviews design of applications and suites of applications to ensure that customer specifications are satisfied.
  • Utilizes experience in development methodologies, coding documentation, testing methodology and industry standards to define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed design of application solutions for clients.
  • Applies Gainwell and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate to advanced complexity.
  • Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs
  • Analyze, design and write specs and reqs from which we develop and code programs 
  • Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews

What we're looking for

 

  • 5+ years of ETL, application and database development with SAP Data Services (ETL) & Databricks (analytics/artificial intelligence), SQL (Oracle and/or SQL Server) and Python experience
  • Advanced understanding data analytics and Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • General understanding of Medicaid, HIPAA and PHI

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
